Return Policy

All Wallostrate prints are produced to order specifically for each purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at studio@wallostrate.com within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost shipments must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before a replacement order can be dispatched.
